The society registration comes under Societies Registration Act, 1860 and all the States in the country abide by this Act to set up a Society. If you are looking forward to setting up an organization like such, you will have to follow these rules:

  • MOA & RR-To set up a Society the two main requirements are Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations without which it is quite difficult to register a society.
  • Members-At least seven members are required to set up a Society. They can be President, Vice President, Directors or members. The designation is to be decided among them.
  • Documents-The Company will then require furnishing all the supporting documents with MCA for verification.
